Comfortable and Convenient

Spent 2 days in Rocky Mountain National Park, ate dinner downtown 3 nights and was able to walk to restaurants. Parking was mostly convenient, one night it was an issue, but had parking pass for the lot across the street.

Bucket list check

The property was beautiful, clean and in the perfect location. My sister and I went out to visit her grandson during his first year at University of Boulder. It was on my bucket list to drive Pike Peak. We are definitely going to book again in the near future. Great experience

Girls Weekend in Estes Park

I usually stay in Estes Park 1-2 times per year, but historically book a place not within walking distance of town. This trip, I wanted to change it up and stay in town, which worked out great! While the street the condo was on was busy, the outside noise did not impact the quality of stay. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to stay within walking distance of town.

April in Estes Park

Lovely setting a block from downtown shops. Sunshine opens the view of the mountains. Beds comfortable. Only shower is downstairs. A broom and dustpan would be helpful also a large serving bowl and large skillet. It would add to the lovely setting if the blind in the dining room was fixed so it opens. We enjoyed our stay in gorgeous Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Nice little condo

The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed having coffee pots available. Very light on condiments we typically see in VRBOs, like salt and sugar. No big deal though. We really enjoyed our stay and we were in the downtown area, which was super for walking to everything!

Excellent Location

We were in town for a family and stayed extra days to visit Estes Park. This condo is in the center of everything, we could have walked anywhere we wanted, but we drove only because it was snowing/freezing outside, otherwise you can park there and walk all over town I imagine this condo would be an amazing location to stay during the summer time. The condo is clean, kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of kitchen and bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, night lights are placed throughout the condo which is very much appreciated Instructions on how to enter, what to/not to do with trash, how to keep room temperature comfortable, who to reach out to for assistance or questions, etc., are very clear. We were very happy with our stay.

My husband and I love, love, LOVE The Lofts of Estes. We are repeat ‘residents’ When we visit our beloved Rockies. The location was especially convenient this trip to simply stroll across the parking lot to downtown for the Catch the Glow parade. Perfect for a blustery eve!!!

Cozy apartment with a great location

We had such a wonderful time staying here! You cannot beat this location, with multiple restaurants and shops just a minute or so walk away and Rocky Mountain National Park a few minutes drive away. We highly recommend staying here and plan on booking again for our next trip to RMNP!

Comfortable downtown location

The unit was very nice and comfortable. Having a half bath upstairs was convenient. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Great short walk to the main area and shopping. Restaurants, gas stations supermarket and lots of places to get coffee or ice cream.

Just Right for Us

The property was just what we needed. We were 4 adults, all family, in Estes Park for a wedding. We could walk everywhere which was a big plus. The kitchen didn't have much, but it was as described, and we didn't plan to use it anyhow, so it was just fine with us. Five stars. We would stay here again.

Perfect Spot

A perfect spot on the heart of Estes which allows for easy walking to shop and restaurants. A short drive to Beaver Meadows entrance makes this the ideal location. Clean and tidy. Very comfortable beds.

We rented the property with our son and daughter-in-law, so they could attend a wedding on Saturday and the welcome event in Friday, while we watched and entertained our 23 month old grandson. The only down side was the amount, loudness and volume of traffic right in front of unit #4, between 6pm and 10 pm.speed and

Great stay!

Good communication from host. Property is showing its age a little bit, but was overall very comfortable and we had a great stay. A few lightbulbs were burned out and there was a little mold in the shower, but overall the unit was clean. We would absolutely book again.

Rocky Mountain trip

Conveniently located in Estes Park. Clean loft, very nice. Close to Rocky Mountain national park. My only small critiques would be for anyone coming in for a stay longer than a few days, it would be nice if laundry could be done at the loft and a bigger refrigerator. Otherwise, my stay was perfect.

Accommodations were as described. We were unable to get the only shower to work so we had to take baths for 2 days. We contacted lucky to no avail. This was our only issue with the property.
