Esta es una de las nuevas propiedades VRBO de Estes Park. Compramos esta propiedad en julio de 2015. La propiedad cuenta con más de 3700 pies cuadrados y además de una gran sala de estar con una chimenea, que tiene una sala de álbum de recortes / artesanal o conferencia con capacidad para 12.

Está registrado en el programa de alquiler vacacional # 6092 de la ciudad de Estes Park.

Usted accede a esta propiedad ingresando a Streamside Cabins en 1260 Fall River Road y pasando su oficina a nuestra unidad privada.

La casa está actualizada y en perfecto estado.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y baño adjunto y amplio vestidor.

Hay tres dormitorios adicionales arriba con 2 camas individuales en cada habitación.

En la planta baja tiene dos dormitorios. Un dormitorio tiene una cama queen mientras que el otro dormitorio tiene una reina con literas gemelas. Las habitaciones de abajo tienen su propio baño. También hay una sala de juegos con mesa de ping pong.

Amazing house, plenty of space, great location

My brother and I stayed here with our wives and children, 11 people in all. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The house was well equipped and stocked. The pictures were not bad, but I thought the house was even better than pictured a good mix of community spaces and personal/sleeping spaces. The location is great for Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park.

Winter Wedding Weekend

The house was perfect for our son’s wedding; very clean, spacious and close to the wedding venue. There was plenty of room for all ages to relax and enjoy the experience. The owners have thought of everything in stocking the house. It was the perfect place for a perfect weekend!

Perfect for our family stay

Excellent property. Perfect for my family to stay nearby for our January wedding at Della Terra. Somewhat hard to find due to the gps not identifying some roads. It’s tucked away from the main road. Property manger were very responsive and accommodating. Property is beautiful, well kept and ready for guests. There were even pack and plays and high chairs for my baby niece. That makes it so convenient. The fireplace was awesome, nice wrap around porch to enjoy your morning coffee. Plenty of space to spread out, blankets to stay warm. 3.5 bathrooms for all of us. My family was very pleased. If we’re ever in estes park again in need of a place to stay for all of us, we would definitely feel good about booking this again.

Christmas/New Year

Has a hot tub! Close to downtown! Cozy house with a fireplace. Family loves going there, this will be our 3rd year! Nice conference room to play family games in. Deer and turkeys roam the property. Awesome property!

Great stay

We stayed here for a family birthday get together, and we had the best time! The house is perfect for a large group, and we all had plenty of space! Some wild turkeys walked through the property a couple times, and we also saw a bull elk right down the driveway. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was just perfect for our large family. Plenty of space in the living room and dining room. So many beds for all the children and separate spaces to spread out. Loved the craft room for the little kids to color and do crafts. The house was very clean. We were pleasantly surprised to wake up to a bunch of elk sleeping in our yard. We were close to the RMNP entrance and had minimum wait to get in. It was close to town but felt secluded. This was our first stay in Colorado, it is absolutely beautiful! If this is your first trip here, we recommend a couple things.. a good first hike is Lilly Lake. Absolutely beautiful and was easy and exciting for the little ones. Talking to the park rangers at the visitor station was super helpful. They had a map and highlighted things that work well for large families with little children. We did almost get ourselves in a dangerous situation. Walking through upper Beaver Meadows towards dusk, there were a lot of aggressive Elk wandering through, September is rut season for them, thankfully we got to the van safely where we could watch them fight at a safe distance. There were many Elk , turkey, and deer wandering that meadow towards evening. It’s not a bad idea to have a can or two of bear spray on hand. We would definitely stay at this house again!!

Your house was true to the pictures. It is a wonderful rental. Very comfortable furniture and mattresses. The kitchen was stocked extremely well. Dishes, utensils, cookware was all of excellent quality.

Family Vacation

We took all of our kids and grandkids on this trip and we had a wonderful time. This house was in a perfect location and we saw wildlife everyday at the house. It is very close to the Fall River Entrance to the National Park and we never had a long line to get into the park, unlike our friends who went in the Beaver Meadow entrance(it was backed up really bad). The house was so roomy with lots of space for everyone to enjoy. The deck and sunroom were a huge hit every morning. We loved it and are already talking about booking it next time all of our kids come with us!

Had to shovel snow ourself to get in

We booked this house for a weekend trip with our young children and a few friends. When we arrived, the house was almost completely inaccessible due to snow pileup. We were aware it had snowed a lot the weekend before but it hadn't snowed in the immediate days leading up. The entrance to the house had knee deep snow accross the entire deck when we arrived for about 10-15 feet before the door. We called the host immediately but they did not answer so I sent a message. We had a 5 month old, a 2 year old, and a pregnant woman waiting so we ended up walking through the deep snow to get in. It took a while to hear back from the host and the response was that they would try to find someone to do snow removal but no guarentee. We had more people arriving soon so we ended having to scoop the entrance to the house ourself. By the end of our stay, none of the other outdoor spaces had the snow removed so no one came to do any snow removal and we were unable to utilize the large deck space. Once we got in, we really enjoyed the indoor space. It was clean and was perfect for our group. Overall it was just a very frustrating experience and even felt hazardous for us to be carrying young children through that.

Beautiful Estes Park Home

This was the best rental home we have ever stayed in! We were in Estes Park for our daughter’s wedding and needed a home that could accommodate our large family. The owners were very kind and accommodating and we appreciated them so much! Not only is the home stunningly beautiful and well maintained, it is in the most picturesque spot! There are views from every window and porches all around! Nestled against the mountain, our teenage grandkids had a blast sledding downhill! The craft room was very useful for us to finish up a couple of our wedding projects, including our daughter making her own wedding cake (she’s a professional baker ❤️). The home was so well stocked with everything you could need, including condiments, spices, and a fully stocked kitchen with every imaginable gadget! The beds were a literal dream and Lots of extra blankets which were needed since we were there during a week with negative temps and lots of snow! We loved every minute of our stay and highly recommend this beautiful home! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Weston for sharing your lovely home with us!

Classic Colorado Christmas

The hosts are fantastic - the house is well cared for and the hosts are quick to respond to any questions. They even put up a Christmas tree for the season! Our family of 11 enjoyed all of the different spaces in the house, especially the craft room where we had a puzzle, some crafts, and board games going at all times. A flock of wild turkeys delighted us by trotting by multiple times during our stay. The kitchen is well stocked (including two large crock pots, tons of spices, and a supply of Ziploc bags). It was a wonderful house for our large family to gather together and have a white Christmas.

Great place! All 11 of us had an awesome time! Plenty of room for family to gather, plenty of beds and bedrooms. We saw turkeys and deer. The kids got to sled even though it was warm and not much snow. They had plenty of firewood, spices in case you forget yours 😉 We made some great memories and will book again!

Great family vacation location

We stayed here for our first family winter trip and were very pleased. The house is large and great for our group of 10. Everyone had their own room and there’s plenty of space to spread out in the common areas. What impressed us the most is how stocked the house is….hot tub, games, movies, plenty of firewood, shampoo/conditioner/soap in all bathrooms, and even everything to wash laundry. Most rentals have leftover kitchen items but this house had much more including coffee! We got snowed in one day and they even have snow toys for the kids, the hill behind and in front of the house made for good sledding. The hosts were very accommodating due to our later departing flight and very quick to respond to emails. It’s in a really good location, and so close to town that some of us walked into town.
