The house was so very clean. No complaints at all. Everything we needed was provided. The hot tub was fun! Loved the Starbucks coffee provided. REALLY comfortable beds. Good communication with the owner. Wonderful wonderful!

Not only was the property and shown. Great views and location, but super helpful. Weather had caused some outages and knocked out connections to get into the building, but Dave dropped everything to come help us so we could start our weekend right!

Perfect getaway!

We absolutely loved this property and will stay again! Morning coffee on the deck while a large herd of elk passed in front of the house was the most spectacular moment!! Host thought of everything & made us feel right at home. The bedrooms were large and two had TVs, the beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful home & beautiful views!

Fabulous property

This beautiful home is located in a quiet neighborhood with gorgeous views of the mountains! It was supplied with all the appropriate items you need in the kitchen, lovely linens, and towels. The decor was so beautiful and appropriate to the area. A big plus was the wildlife that came to visit in the morning and evening. Dave was also very punctual in his messages. This was the nicest VRBO we’e ever stayed in. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Home in Estes Park

Beautiful home in ideal Estes Park location. Close to downtown and to local grocery store and restaurants. The home is beautifully appointed with plenty of space for the whole family. My family took advantage of the exterior as well, enjoying the hot tub every day of our stay. The owner is very responsive and was flexible with check-in and check-out times as our stay aligned with a significant snow storm. We look forward to enjoying this property again in the near future!

Operation Sixty (do not tell my wife)

The Eagle's Nest was the perfect place for us to celebrate my wife's birthday with Family. Awesome neighborhood, and close to stores and downtown. The Nest provided everything we needed: space for catching up with Family, relaxing environment, an awesome hot tub with a view, and all the amenities. And no issues with watching the Super Bowl. LOL

This house had everything you could possibly need. Very nice view, especially while sitting in the hot tub on the front deck. Owner responded quickly when questions were asked. Overall a wonderful stay!!!

Beautiful home in Estes!

Our family had an excellent stay at this beautiful, upgraded new home. It has all of the amenities, fully stocked, and provides a very comfortable stay for anyone wanting to stay in Estes. The home also has a great layout, with all of the rooms directly connecting to the open floorplan living room/kitchen/dining, and keeps the family together and connected during your trip The neighborhood is fairly quiet sitting south of Estes and the golf course there. You're likely to see the wildlife as often as the neighbors in the area. The hot tub is new and a great place to relax in the evening with beautiful views. The one downside overall is the deck faces forward towards the street, so the hot tub doesn't necessarily have privacy. However, the neighborhood is quiet, and this location does offer the best views from the property. We had a fantastic stay and would encourage anyone visiting Estes to stay here as well!

Perfect Family Getaway

This property is clean, well equipped, and comfortable with high quality finishes. Even though it is very close to town, it feels very secluded in a quiet neighborhood. The only action we saw was provided by a large herd of elk. One 10 point bull elk hung out just off our deck for hours one day! The view out the big front windows is stunning. The host was very responsive and welcoming. Cannot recommend this property enough!

Nice place; easy access to RMNP

Nice clean house, worked great for our trip with two couples to visit RMNP. We loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day hiking in the park. Super easy access to enter RMNP (Beaver Meadows entrance) without needing to go thru downtown traffic of Estes Park. Dave is a great host, and rental was easy. Thanks.

Beautiful home!

This property fit the needs of our family perfectly. SItuated with a beautiful view of the mountains, we saw elk close up every day. Very comfortable furnishings throughout. Owner responded promptly to a couple of small issues that arose. A few more kitchen amenities would be appreciated. Wonderful stay! We will choose this property again when we return!

Great House With Great Location in Estes Park

We've always wanted to go to Estes Park and to see the Rocky Mountain National Park. We've stayed in VRBO locations for many years and this home did not disappoint. It had everything we needed and was in a great location - not too far from town and in a nice neighborhood. When we arrived and looked out the bedroom window, there was a deer laying down in the yard. Sitting on the couch we saw foxes out the front door walking through the properties. The views from the home were great! We didn't do much cooking, but the home had everything you needed to do so. Loved the K-cups that were provided and all the amenities to get you started with your stay. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!
