Accommodation:
Our spacious apartment spans 63 square meters and is situated on the second floor. Thanks to important points of interest nearby, such as the Essen Trade Fair, the University Hospital, and the Rüttenscheider Stern, you are always in the center of the action.

The apartment features a generous living area with a cozy sofa bed, a 55-inch Smart TV with complimentary Netflix account, and a high-quality soundbar for your entertainment. The conservatory offers a quiet workspace with a desk, perfect for relaxed work or study.

For a restful night, a king-size bed is available in the bedroom. Additionally, we provide you with a private parking space so you don't have to worry about your vehicle.

All guests have access to all facilities within the apartment throughout their stay.

To make arrival as pleasant and stress-free as possible, we offer our guests self-check-in via electronic door lock. Further information is provided in the guest folder, which is sent to the guest via email after successful booking.
