Comfy bed. Really quiet room. Bright and cheerful design in the bathroom. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff. Lots of space in reception to sit, play the games onoffer, vuy snacks, etc. Within walking distance of main HBF train station.

For a family of 6, we booked 3 standard rooms, which were small but good and kept clean daily by staff. The lobby area is nice and there are some games for kids to play. The breakfast is the highlight of this hotel, it’s buffet style with a decent amount of options. The hotel is also a 10min walk from Düsseldorf Hbf so it’s a great location for easy public transportation. Overall, my family and I enjoyed this hotel and would definitely recommend.

Stayed here for a business trip. It was alright but there weren't very many amenities. No coffee machine or kettle in the room, the only toiletries was one soap. My queen bed was actually two small beds pushed together and they kept sliding apart in the middle of the night.

The hotel is 10 minutes away (walking distance) from the main train station, but the area looks a bit shady at night. The hotel is very good condition, although some dirt could be seen on the hallways and on my bedroom ceiling. Overall a pleasant experience, but not the best impression I’ve had from other Holiday Inn hotels.
