This hotel had absolutely terrible customer service. The grounds are nice and the beach was great, however, I became afraid to ask the staff anything because of the attitude and facial expressions I received almost every time I did.
Also, the shuttles to take you up steep hills were hard to track down, or they drove past you as if they didn’t see you, which is strange because the roads are very narrow so you literally have to jump out of the way.
Checking in was also a nightmare. They acted confused at the gate and couldn’t find my name. After they finally did, there was no instructions on where to park my rental car. When I asked, they said anywhere. So I winded up going down the wrong roads, sooo frustrating.
They then put a lose bracelet on me, which came right off in the ocean. The cost to replace it was one nights stay at the hotel..unbelievable.
This was of course my experience, someone else may have a better one.
