We stayed at room 503 in the annex, which was noisy at night due to the neighbour and had the tiniest shower. The room really felt 3 stars, not 4. The hotel is far away from the city and its restaurant had a limited offer.

We then had the unfortunate experience of guests in the next door room who insisted on playing loud music in the evening, then again at 6.15am, being loud and smoking, the whole corrider smelt of cigarettes, which in turn created a fire risk for all guests. In turn the hotel staff were reluctant to compensate us (having spent €300) for this experience. We were offered breakfast which really was a little cost to them, we however were veey upset and tired for our day ahead. The hotel staff did not deal qith the people in the next room at all alart from ask them to turn the music down, they should have been thrown out! "
