Yes I found the parking was very sufficient, the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and very helpful parking was also very sufficient for my needs. I will stay there again and also suggest this Hotel as a good lodging experience.

Not pet friendly the room was very clean the property is being remodeled because of hurricane damage. The lady at the front desk was very nice and offered me and my brothers a free upgrade. We were in town for the funeral of our stepmother we were very appreciative of her generosity to us.Restaurants and shops near by.

The room was relatively clean. I noticed some flood damage in the bathroom. Our stay in the area revolved around visiting family and having a place to rest at night. We have stayed at a different Tennessee Americourt in Mountain City . They are similar. Essentially it is an adequate place to stay . Parking is no problem. Other patrons tended to smoke near the entrances causing a smoke smell to draw into the building. Pets are allowed, we don’t bring pets but fortunately the pets were quiet but you can hear the people.
