Everything about our stay here was ideal. The staff was extremely friendly. We had plenty of privacy. The hot tub was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The food was incredible. The list goes on and on. It was a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely recommend Atardeceres del cafe to others.

"This is a thermal water hotel, but upon arrival the whole entire hotel didn't have any thermal water running. It took until late at night to fix the problem, but the pool in my room was empty. Then, the staff had to call maintenance because it was an issue with the pool inside the room. I couldn't use the pool until this morning. The other pools in the common areas were freezing and disgusting. Even the robe they have had some stains on it. I especially requested a quiet cabin, and it was a lot of noise from thr cabin next to me until almost midnight? Then tjis morning the area was the uploading zone for all the supplies coming to the hotel. So a bunch of trucks and staff were making a lot of noise The whole experience was horrific and I couldn't get out of that place fast enough. Did an early check out. On the other hand some of the staff was nice and attentive and tried to resolve all the issues they were having the best they could. HORRIBLE PLACE! and very disappointed as yesterday was my birthday, and I wanted to have a relaxing time."
