Had a communication problem concerning the shuttle and last put wake-up call never made it to us. The breakfast was no decaf coffee, bananas were over ripe and breakfast meat over cooked.

Front desk staff is very rude. I checked in and I assume it was the manager was nice but later that night and especially the next morning the staff was rude. I checked out at 11am and proceeded to wait for the rain to stop before walking to the airport. After about 15 past 11am the front desk ladies tells me that after 11am I was no longer a registered guest and was not welcome to be on property or use any of the amenities I was just welcome to 15 my minutes ago. Definitely over shadowed any amenities was the terrible attitude of the staff

I booked a single queen bed. The noise from the highway was loud. I called front desk and they said the only rooms available on the opposite side were king beds or two queens. Long story short I paid $40 more to move across the hall to a quiet room. I'll never stay at this hotel again.
