"Wonderful hotel in the center of Santiago! A bit of an issue getting my style C adapter to fit in their older style L outlets. But the hotel lent me one that worked. "

"Staff was great, helped with an extra late check in and check out (providing snacks at checkout since we wouldn't be able to have breakfast). Organizing a ride to and from the airport was also easy through them. Room was clean but a bit dark and squeeky floors. Good stay overall"
