The hotel was very accommodating for our late check in. The room was clean and looked the way it did in the photos. There is a shop and hairdesser inside of the hotel. The pool was the best part. It was very large and clean. The restaurant stayed open until midnight which was helpful.

That was a shame because it created a very poor impression and made us feel unwelcome when there was no need. Simple caring customer service could have handled it. Hats off to Expedia who helped to make amends. As for the hotel, it’s really very nice, but I think it cares more about itself than its customers "
