From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious, welcoming, and very well organized. The hotel itself is beautiful, with an amazing beachfront location, excellent facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the entire resort was exceptionally clean. What impressed us most was the service and hospitality. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. You can really feel the effort they put into making guests comfortable and ensuring everything runs smoothly. The food was another highlight. There was a great variety, good quality, and plenty of choices throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the pools, beach, entertainment, and overall resort atmosphere. For families, Rixos Premium Alamein is an excellent choice.
