Hiring the linen and towels from the hotel was expensive and we arrived late so was a little bit stressful but if you are prepared for this then you will be ok. I contacted the host a couple of times with questions but never had a reply and there was no information on how to get through the barrier on the instructions. You must walk up to get a phone which gives you access, again, if you are prepared you will be fine with this. Thank you for a lovely stay "
