"The hotel’s friendly staff and room’s impeccable cleanliness was great… until one smoker lit-up in their room at midnight which set off the entire fire alarm requiring all guests to evacuate. The hotel was not responsible for the smoker’s action - however there was a total lack of preparation. Their response was extremely slow and inefficient. Guests had to remain outside on the sidewalk in the middle of the night ( some with sleeping children in their arms) for over an hour. Not a great experience."
