Room was great, only issue was whoever was upstairs kept clunking non stop like they were fixing something. It stopped after i let front desk know. They have sucks everywhere saying the hotel is smoke free but someone on our floor didn't get the memo. It reeked of cigarette. My kid was gagging. Ovrrall had a great stay. Great location. 7min uber to chaifetz arena

I know not everyone has the same needs as I do, but I appreciate being a diabetic and having a full size refrigerator with a freezer on top and also a kitchenette that I can cook in. For me, eating healthy is Paramount. So having a kitchen where I can cook my healthy meals.It's a great thing for me.

Outdated, one of the elevators wasn’t working, so it was only one elevator for a tall building with 8 floors. The AC did not work, the lighting was poor. Bad experience. Do not recommend

As we are settling in. A woman walks in to clean. I'm guessing they don't communicate with their check in staff. TV in the bedroom didn't work. Lady radioed down but nothing ever came of it. No towels at the pool. Oh and mold in the bathroom.

Unclean

While staff was friendly, they were way understaffed and not able to tend to all matters of the hotel properly. It also seems like there isn't much budget for updates. The couches, carpet and mattress were stained. The room smelled strongly of pets and there was hair from previous lodgers in the room. One of the elevators was broken, and the elevator lobby smelled strongly of smoke. With COPD and asthma it was hard on my lungs. The pool was also very unclean. While there, we witnesses the exterior pool door being propped open and someone off the street came in to use the exercise room.

This hotel has seen better days. Unfortunately, this hotel did not have a working pool during our stay, the coffee machine in our room didn’t work, one of the elevators was out of order, our keys stopped working on day 2, the fitness center had poor ventilation and fans/AC, and there were dirty towels left inside the pull out couch from the previous guests. I would still stay here again because it was a great deal for a holiday weekend, just don’t expect the same level of quality as other Marriott or Residence Inn hotels.

The staff was very friendly, especially Angie at breakfast. The options at breakfast were plenty. However, the property was not what I expect from a Residence Inn. The pool was out of order when we checked in. I was told it would be back in order the next day. The out of order sign was still up the next morning until I asked about it. Then they took the sign down. The next morning the sign was back up again? The entire pool area is in need of maintenence - ceiling, walls, interior of pool, deck, etc. One elevator was out of order. The hallways smelled of urine or dirty diapers, my son thought a dog kennel. There was a smell coming from our, yet unused, garbage disposal. The pillows were lumpy. The back of the bathroom door had what looked like wet toilet paper splattered on it with some on the adjacent wall. The bowed shower curtain rod was mounted so that the curtain slid to the center, so water got out on both ends. The ceiling in the bathroom was crumbling from mold because the exhaust fan didn't work in the shower/toilet area. I wonder why there is an iron gate around the property, but its not being used?
