Check in started off as a bad experience because the system was down and it took like 45 minutes in the middle of the night and we were travelling with children. The rooms were spacious & clean. The kitchenette was not usable because there was not a dish or utensil or toaster or anything at all. Didn’t know I’d be expected to bring kitchen items. I had asked for a couple of bookings to be close to each other when I booked a month prior, but my message went ignored and we were on different floors. When we got there, they said the hotel was sold out so they couldn’t move us, but I had requested close rooms in the middle of July.

Overall the stay was okay except the extremely not sound proof doors. Our room is connect to another room through a door and we could hear their TV, alarm, and conversations (and I believe visa versa since they won’t really talking very loud). You could hear the people talking in the hallway.

The hotel is in a good location if you are want to be close to the mall, 5 minute drive. But the surrounding area is filled with homeless people so I wouldn’t walk around at night. If you are choosing this hotel for laundry service, they have one washer and one dryer, $2 per load. The dryer was broken and I had to go to Days Inn next door. Which is a gross, dirty hotel btw. The elevator is very very slow and no ac. Rooms are clean though and breakfast is good.
