The staff was really nice and friendly. The room was a bit small, and the window is not soundproof so it felt like I was outside on the steeet at times. it took ages for hot water to come out in the shower, but the bed and blanket were really comfortable. Had a great night of sleep. And I enjoyed their Scottish breakfast.

Great hospitality

Enjoyed our stay, is an older property but well taken care of, a reminder of a similar older property we visited in Montreal. Very friendly and helpful owner. A little ways away from the Old Town but had a bus stop only a minute away to get you right down to Princes Street.

The hosts were very helpful and the property was quite comfortable. Our room was cozy (as advertised and not a surprise), the breakfast was wonderful and the dining room was lovely. Great hosts, great Scottish Breakfast. Secure onsite parking. I had a room on the top floor so the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great but all in all a comfortable stay within touching reach of everything i needed.
