First the positive. It is a large, modern facility. They offer breakfast and dinner. There is a shop to buy snacks. I am disabled and asked for an accessible room. The bed was a foot and a half off the ground. We could barely get out of it. The room they gave us was about as far away from the elevators as possible. We saw only 2 handicap parking spaces. I would recommend this place for business travelers but on for someone with disabilities.

Couldn't find my room & the THREE (3) young cleaning staffers did not speak English (or, at least they SAID they didn’t speak English). As I hobbled away with all of my luggage, they started talking to each other in Spanish. They offered NO help but also were NOT working! This place is NOT Senior-friendly!

So clean from the time you walk in. The staff were so nice every time we interacted with them. The room was big, clean, cool, and comfortable. There was plenty of space to sit at breakfast time and lots of food. Embassy Suites never lets me down.

The room was lovely, the front desk person checking me in was awesome and assisted me in getting set up for a work meeting I needed to hold on Zoom from my room. I would stay here again! However, it is worth noting: The breakfast bar was nice, but I found some odd piece of plastic in the scrambled eggs- maybe from the cooking utensil? It was off-putting. I was unsure about what the potatoes were cooked in as well, thinking they were vegetarian, but they tasted like bacon fat- so I had to be cautious about what I could eat and what I couldn't. I wish that vegetable dishes were truly vegetarian for folks that do have dietary restrictions and sadly, in these cases it is hard to know.

The Best Hotel

Love love this Embassy Suites by Hilton hotel...we give it 5 stars. Very clean rooms, big with living room and dining area besides the bedroom. So yummy breakfast and full to the stomachs. And to top it all, a happy hour with free margaritas or wine of your choice. What else can you ask for!
