"We loved the family suite with kitchenette. So much quirky personality in this hotel. The kitchen and laundry was small but had everything we needed. Loved the ac and the white noise it provided for a relaxing night sleep. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We arrived late at night only to find out that the hot water boiler was broken and the hotel had no hot water all three nights we stayed there. They made it up by providing free buffet breakfast and they also offered a 25% discount on our stay, but to be honest we haven’t yet seen the refund"

"The room was clean and the staff were helpful. The man at the bar was a lifesaver with his kindness. I really appreciated his help! I struggled to find the parking at first. And exiting the parking was rough. I paid online with an app, but I didn't have any service in the parking garage. I'd buzz for help from the front desk and one of the times I was greeted with an unfriendly man who told me I needed to pay more if I wanted to get out. Thankfully he did end up letting me out, but it was very stressful. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay. Very close to the train station that goes right to Marienplatz. And the room was air conditioned!"
