First off I reserved a suite and got a basic room and they didn’t even change the price when I was promised a bigger room as well as the pool and hot tub being out of order his was the only reason we picked this hotel I WILL BE CALLING TO GET A REFUND

The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are nice, vut i booked the hotel with the intention of relaxing in the hot tub, which was down. Around 9:30 at night we lost power. The front desk had offered us glowsticks to use to see in the dark. Our night of sleep was ruined from others in the hotel that were hooping and hollering until about 2:30 in the morning, following the drinking in the lobby. When i had brought up our disappointment in the morning, we were just told, " Welcome to Greeley" with sarcasm.

No pool no hot tub

Booked the hotel because it had a hot tub. Arrived and it had no water in the pool or hot tub. Ceiling rafters hanging down in pool area. But the front desk gentleman was very nice and made cookies for the quests.

Simple improvement - hooks in the bathroom for robes, pajamas, etc Would really be helpful. The faucet in the sink is ridiculous. The nozzle is so short, if you attempt to wash your hands, water sprays all over the bathroom counter. Shower that points directly at the back wall of the shower is really dumb. A normal shower points the water to the ground, so you can stand under the stream and wet/rinse your hair and body. We were unable to get the tv to work, much less sign in to a streaming service to watch a movie we had hoped to see. You need some kind of instructions to help people connect to the tv or to see a guide for normal shows.
