The room was not in pristine condition. The wall behind the desk was scuffed up, the outlet for the coffee machine did not work, the paint in the bathroom is ugly and does not match the floor or shower, the hotel room floors were filthy. Also, I don't appreciate the $100 security deposit when checking in that takes 10 days to be refunded.

The hotel was not worth the price. I was also asked for my credit card so I could be charged a deposit just in case the original card that I used with expedia didn’t go through. Then I was asked for my drivers license so they could make a photocopy. I was told this was needed because customers may not pay. This made feel that I in a police state and concerned because the license could be used for fraud. Also your feedback window could be more user friendly.

The room was so dirty. Chunks of hair in the bathroom and the bed looked like it had been slept in. Staff and I went and looked in three different rooms before we found one half way clean one.

Breakfast had many choices :) My girlfriend and I stayed in one of the hot tub units. We had such a great time and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. I would definitely stay here again and would like to try one of the suites next time!
