We can accommodate up to 6 vehicles at the home. These are the rules set by the township. Please read all rules before booking this home.

***Welcome to our gorgeous, 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home which is located in the heart of Poconos, features an absolute stunning living room with soaring ceiling, skylights, walls of windows and a wood burning fireplace! Large, open concept kitchen and dining room allows for easy entertainment. You will love our wrap around deck with a beautiful view of the lake located right across the street, propane fire pit, grill and our 6 persons hot tub. The casino room features a gorgeous table which LED lights all around the table for some extra fun in the evening. Our huge game room with a pool, ping pong, and Foosball tables, will keep everyone entertained for hours! Whether you want to play a game of billiard, poker or just sit with a book and relax at the upper level sitting area, you will not be bored! Keep the little ones busy as well with a room full of toys.

Master bedroom-main level has a King size bed, a crib and a private, attached master bathroom. Bedroom # 2-located upstairs, has two Queen size beds and a TV, Bedroom #3-located upstairs, has two full size and toys for kids. Bedroom #4-located on the lower level, has a King size bed, a crib and a workstation. Bedroom #5-located on the lower level, has a Queen size bed and a crib.
The top floor has a full-size bathroom with a bathtub and stand-up shower. Main floor has a full bathroom and a tub and shower (master bathroom) as well as half a bathroom in the hallway. Lower level has a full-size bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination.

Our game room has a pool table, ping pong table, Foosball and an extra full-size refrigerator as well as a futon for extra sleeping space. Main level has a poker room with a poker table.

***Pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day): We provide 12 pool passes. There will be a $75 fee for any lost/missing passes. The community has a right to close the pools due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances such as lack of lifeguards. We do not have control over that, although if we are aware of any issues, we communicate that to our guests immediately.
***We do not offer Saturday check-in, nor check-out therefore Saturdays might appear as blocked on the calendar. Any reservations made 1 week or less, prior to check-in will have additional $75 late registration fee which we must pay to the community.

*Guests are urged to purchase travel cancellation insurance.
*This is a Gated community. Guests must initially register at the welcome center. Detailed information will be sent in the confirmation email.
*No car pass sharing allowed (each registered vehicle will have it's own pass).
*We allow up to 6 cars to be parked at the home.
*Speed limit of 25 MPH must be followed.
*No fireworks/flying lanterns within the community.
*Pets are $100 per pet.
*Guests must submit a rental agreement, community lease and ID at least 1 week prior to check in to avoid $75 later registration fee.
*Trash/recycling must be brought to the trash/recycling cans located outside.
Trash pick up is on Monday. We come to the house on Sunday to take the cans to the curb. We do not enter the home at any point.
*Guests use amenities at their own risk.
*Any reservations made 1 week or less, prior to check-in will have additional $75 late registration fee which we must pay to the community.

*Check in/Check out: Please note check in is at 4 PM. Early check ins must be arranged 1-3 days prior to check in. We can only accommodate early check in if the home is vacant and ready, the day of your check in.
Check out is at 10 AM. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to check the availability for late check out.
"Unscheduled" late check outs not only affects us but also the next guest. In the event guests stay past check out without prior permission, there will be a $75 late fee for the first hour and anything after the first hour, guests will be charged the rate of 1 night stay based on the current nightly rate.
