Paid for and confirmed reservation and arrived to get room and the very, very rude so called manager Elizabeth R. was very nasty and disgusting. I will never, ever stay there or any other affiliate of this hotel. Totally bad service and disgusting manager attitude. You should fire this person immediately!!!!!!

The entire hotel has an old smell, the room smelled like pet urine and ammonia. I still feel like it is all on me.

The property was very accessible and had many convenient dining options at walking distance. It was clean and had good breakfast options. The staff was very accommodating and courteous. I have nothing negative to report.

Huge disappointment! We got to our hotel at exactly 3 ready to jump in the pool. To our surprise the pool had no water and was closed since before covid according to the receptionist. Next when using the restroom near the lobby there were no paper towels in the restroom and it appeared things were not kept up with. When we finally got our room it smelled like the mold. The ac filter I’m assuming had not been changed and the odor reeked. The breakfast was nothing to be excited over. Texas shape waffles, eggs, and cereal. The location of the hotel was good near Walmart and 20-30 min from all of San Antonio’s attractions but other than that this is the worst hotel I’ve been to in San Antonio and will not be returning. Our trip started off bumpy with no swimming pool and thankfully it got better as soon as we left!

Nice hotel off the Interstate but no pleasing view

Location: Schertz is about 30 minutes from downtown San Antonio and 10 minutes from the Premium Outlets..
My fiance and I stayed at this hotel because it was near the location of his school reunion and other couples were also staying there. The young lady at the front desk was congenial and went out of her way to accommodate everyone so we would all be on the same floor and could mingle before and after the reunion. The lobby was pleasing to the eye. The room we reserved had two queen beds, each with three pillows and the mattress was firm. All units come with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The flat screen television was large and had many premium channels. Checkout was at noon, which was very nice. If you go to their website, they're are many pictures that clearly show how nice this particular hotel is. We would definitely stay there again.

not impressed

Although the hotel is a new one, I wasn't really impressed. The aminites were nice but the staff wasn't. I came back to the room the second day and my bathroom floor was not swept nor was the sink cleaned out. Only two persons, hotel staff, spoke to me during the 4 days that I stayed in the hotel. The times that I came an went were odd times where not too many persons were in the lobby. I too am on crutches, no one asked if they could be of any assistance to me at any time. Would I stay again, most likely not and I will not refer anyone to this hotel. The chain itself has been good to me in the past so I will stay at another La Quinta in the future, just not the one in Schertz. Poor service goes a long way with me.
