Staff are always cooperative friendly & accommodating, Vince( frt desk clerk) always helpful & friendly- rooms spacious/ business center was a My room opened out to huge shareable patio, Im on a business stay from Georgia(born raised ny) everytime I come across n I stay here with wife & baby- rates are always great…. Thank you all for your help & kindness.

The hotel is so adorable. It holds a lot of historical wall hangings, looks like a place I'd stay at in England. Priced well. BIG room. Yes, furniture may be older but it has everything I need! I would definitely stay again! There's a great restaurant on same lot. Got here late, so didn’t get to go, but looks great.

We arrived at the East Norwich Inn around mid-evening. The check-in person was super helplful. When he found out that I had my elderly mother with me, he switched our room reservation to one better suited (ground floor, specially-adapted bathrooms, etc.). He was also helpful in finding a parking spot for my over-sized vehicel.
