"I normally do not book a show my first night in the city, but this time it was necessary. I knew my arrival would cut close to theater time but thanks to a brilliant cab driver and an efficient, friendly front desk clerk I made my show with time to spare. There was an issue with a recently renovated electrical system, but I was quickly offered a new room and love everything about this hotel."

"Loved every bit of this beautiful art deco hotel. Have stayed here twice and it does not disappoint but we were very fortunate to have superb suites on the highest level. The views from this hotel are just incredible and the location is perfect and so close to so many shops and the Empire State Building. The hotel does need some TLC but it all adds to the charm. Gorgeous hotel. "
