Best Hotel in Albany Area!

Love staying here! We did have some rowdy neighbors our first night- i called security and they quickly took care of the issue! Rooms are spotless, beds are beyond comfy, and everyone is so kind!

I found the property to be very nice. The staff was professional and courteous. I loved seeing the courtyard! Everything was perfect and I was so happy that they texted me to make sure I was pleased with my room and if I needed anything I could contact them.

I loved everything about The Desmond except that they do not have any fragrance-free soap, shampoo, etc. These items were extremely perfume-laden and intolerant to anyone sensitive to strong fragrances.
