"I want to thank the lady at the front desk (whose name I tried to remember but have misplaced) who checked me in on Saturday, May 30. This was a last minute booking I made online over dinner when I realized I was too tired to drive any farther. When I arrived at the hotel, they hadn't yet received the booking information from Expedia, but the lady managed to figure it out and checked me in, while also dealing with a large, noisy tour group filling the lobby. At the end of a very long day, I really appreciated her help and efficiency. The room was nicer than expected and more than perfect for a one-night stay."
