They overbooked.

Booked two bedroom deluxe but the property overbooked and gave us two one bedrooms, not connected. Very in convenient for the family's stay. Also, one of the rooms did not have a shower curtain. They did deliver it within a few hours. We have stayed here twice before, without any issues. Next time, I will not book through hotels.com as the property was unable to compensate for the inconvenience. I will have to address this with hotels.com, which I'm not looking forward to.

A nice surprise!

From the moment we walked in this facility they were all about service. We were checked in by one person, then sent to converge desk to learn about perks for club members in the area. A welcome message was waiting for us when we arrived to our unit. Check/in team was very friendly and knowledgeable. Unit was extremely clean! Not one spec of dust or insect in umit. Having extra sitting space was so nice to have.?Decor was ok - a bit dated couch. Our only real concern was that the bed (a king sized - which was a nice surprise ) - was a bit worn. Other than that, we’d return to this facility on next trip to flagstaff! Highly recommend! Amazing team members!

Great facility but not great Hotels.com

Great location, clean, cozy and beautiful place to watch the sunset from the property. The downside was not the property, but it is Hotels.com and Expedia playing games with photos ands what "appears" to be what you are booking. However, we should all know this by now that these big sites are a bait and switch making it appear like you are getting the best rooms with a view. Next time with ALL hotels I will book directly through the facility.

Aging condo on 3 levels, but had 2 decks, comfy living room area, equipped kitchen. Creaky floors, so you know when someone in your group is up at night.
