Needed a place that was warm when camping plans were disrupted.Was greeted warmly and my room was clean. Heat took a little to warm up but was happy to not be safe and warm.

What an awful experience, the person upstairs directly above our room was making noise the entire night when I confronted the front desk they were very unhelpful and rude about trying to make anything right with our terrible stay. The room has a window in the bathroom that faces the sunrise, causing a lot of light into the room.We were also caught in a traffic issue on our way after a 7hr drive and the office charged us a $20 late check in fee, even though we called to let them know we were behind.
