All the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, the sheets were dirty, the walls had nicotine dripping down them. I was so sick.

I was embarrassed when we arrived at the property. I made the booking from pictures online and brought my mom here for an overnight. The property is terribly rundown and is in a sketchy part of town. The woman at the front desk was polite and helpful. It needs to be shut down for a month for renovations and to clean things up in my opinion.

I have issues with their check-in system. It seems to be a computer thing. It took about 10 minutes using the computer to check me in at about 15 took me out. The maid used her key to open the door without knocking before check out time and before we had checked out I've stayed here before but I don't think I will again. They're breakfast is so so but the seating is so limited and it's so crowded using the toasters and waffle irons but I just left and went next door to Denny's

Good hotel

A good hotel, clean tidy and quite modern. The man on reception let us book in early as we had come a long way which was a bonus. Our room was good with comfy beds and a good shower, right opposite the pool which we did use and it was a good size and clean. Breakfast was adequate, no hot food other than a waffle machine which we didnt use.

It was okay for the price. I guess it was kind of run down in the breakfast area. They did not keep clean. There was people's left over food plates sitting around and counters were covered with sticky stuff. My door handle was a nightmare and apparently it was for other people, because they had something taped to it that said lift handle, but it took probably a minute to get in each time. I had to put everything on the ground and just jiggle it jiggle it jiggle it in it finally would go, but it was really frustrating.

It was not as presented in the reviews! Curtains falling off the rod very old, dirty, just truly disgusting!! The only saving grace was the sheets were clean and the mattress had protection that was washable around it and it looked clean - at least to the eye. We arrived at 11:30 at night otherwise we would have found another hotel. Plus we had paid ahead and it was non-refundable.
