The ice bucket was leaking onto the desk from previous guest, room is cold and attendant has his left over pizza in the water refrigerator when I went to grab waters for the evening. We are not picky folks but I am sorry I chose this option.

Enhanced photos for sure.

The front desk staff are amazing, super welcoming and helpful. The hotel and room were very clean. The pictures online are a bit deceiving though. The room key never programmed and we had to be let in our room. The poor staff gave it their best. The blankets were super thin, not at all as advertised. There was no pillow top mattress, it was a hard spring mattress. I went down at 8:50 for breakfast and there was only cereal, mini fridge items, some bread and bagels and red velvet waffle mix. That was it. Breakfast was supposed to be until 9. I grabbed juice. Just as I was about to leave the gal brought eggs- which sadly are powdered eggs cooked in a microwave. All the seasoning in the world couldn’t make them flavorful. We ended up having to go grab breakfast, even though we picked this hotel for the “amazing hot breakfast”.
