First, I want to say that the front desk service is exceptional. They are so friendly and approachable! The only reason for 3 stars is cleanliness. The sofa in the room was dingey and really stained. One of the guests in my party was going to sleep on the sofa bed and unfortunately did not feel comfortable doing so. There were also odd, what appeared to be body fluids streaked on the metal of the head board lamps. Overall it made me question the cleanliness practices throughout, especially when one of the pillows on my bed had what looked like eye makeup on it. Decent vlaue for the money. The pool is nice, but there is a code to get in and we had to go get the information. The breakfast also wasnt very good and the hours of the breakfast being available is a very short window comparatively. While I found the staff to be outstanding, I wish the facilities matched their energy.

Horrible service. The manager, Gina, is racist, doesn’t like people. Omar is super rude. The hotel is in really bad conditions, super dirty, they don’t like to clean. Horrible breakfast. Went for a soccer tournament and they didn’t even want to see players on the lobby. It needs a deep cleaning and re-modeling. Staff is super rude. Worst experience ever. We even saw spider on the bed. Please do not stay in this hotel. I called the headquarters too to give my feedback.

So So Facility

Non-working single elevator. Two ice makers; one on 1st floor and one on 3rd floor (three floors total). One was out of order and the other was out of ice. Dirty wash cloths. Non-functioning remote control. Broken mirror on closet door. Free breakfast ended at 9 a.m. on weekends. Chet - desk clerk, was awesome.

Clean and comfortable especially for the price. Breakfast was extremely crowded due to families occupying tables even though they were no longer eating (no place to sit) but I don’t blame the hotel for that.

I stayed one night. I arrived 45 minutes before check-in time of 3pm. The front desk staff told me it would be a $35 early check-in fee. I realize that is becoming common among hotels for revenue is not really something to complain about. However, the hotel was not busy with no more than 4 cars in the parking lot. The room was ready and available. I just did not get a warm welcome from the front desk who just asked for the $35 dollars for early check in without any explanation. It took me a few seconds to understand what was going on. I said I guess I will just wait 45 minutes and they just looked at me, no response. Upon returning 45 minutes later, still no one else at the hotel, continued the unfriendly welcome. I don't know, it just didn't feel comfortable. I don't expect a red carpet or anything but it was an odd interaction both times. The evening front desk staff was much friendlier, the rooms were clean, price was better than most other hotels in the area. The bed linens were clean but were not enough to keep you warm if you know what I mean. Breakfast was typical but it was a very clean eating area. The unfriendly front desk staff was there in the morning and made me uncomfortable again though. So odd visit for me.

Everything was nice and the room was comfortable, the only negative was that their first floor ice machine wasn't working and their 3rd floor ice machine was supposed to be working but didn't. Other than that, Everything was great.

This was adequate, easy interstate access, check on was simple & clerk was very friendly. However, the room just felt a little dated, the mattress was neither the best or the worst, just "adequate", overall.
