We were pretty disappointed with the stay. I was flying out of RDU airport very early on Monday morning for work which was my son’s 5th birthday. We booked the room for Sunday and brought my wife, him and his brother up to stay with me before I flew out so we could celebrate his birthday a day early with him. The reason we chose this particular hotel was the close proximity to the airport but also because of the indoor pool and hot tub. We had been talking about it with our children for days. After checking in completely and we were about to head up to our room, the gentleman at the front desk waited for my wife and kids to walk away to quietly tell me that the pool and hot tub were closed due the the heater being broken. There were a lot of tears from a 5 and 7 year old.
