"You cannot beat the location in OLD TOWN. Very convenient to many, many good restaurants, beach is maybe a 10 min walk. Banjae Beach is a very swimmer friendly area, just bring aqua shoes as it's a bit rocky. But once in, it's delightful. Pucic Palace staff very helpful and daily breakfast is amazing! Cook to order! Would definitely stay again!"

"The location is 100 feet from the middle of the steps of shame. It was a great location. The room was nice and clean. OK size. The bathroom modern. There is no elevator or staff on site except in mid day. No amenities. No cars in old city. 10 minutes walk from Pile cate and nearest cabs buses or ubers. If you have a lot of luggage check out baggage & smile"

"It took us a bit to find this place. Be prepared to walk 4 minutes with your luggages and then up some cobblestone flights of stairs. The location has an elevator, but you have to go up a flight to get to it, and our room is another flight of stairs after the elevator. Mattia at reception was very helpful and friendly. The room is spacious, with some eclectic art pieces. The views from the room is amazing; you can see 3 sides of the wall from the windows! We finally found a shower door that doesn’t get water everywhere! We did need tissues that they didn’t offer. The room offers robes, but no slippers. The Prijeko Palace is inside the Dubrovnik wall, and everything is easily accessible. I had a bad experience at our first breakfast. I asked the reception if I can take my breakfast outside. She said to go find a seat, and she’ll let the wait staff know and he will come and give me the menu. Another couple came a few minutes later. The waiter came out and acknowledged that other couple and gave them their menus and got their orders, all the while, ignoring me. When he went back in, I walked inside to ask for the menu. The reception lady gave me a menu and told me that the waiter will come out to take my order. Another few minutes went by, the waiter came out to give the other couple their drinks, but didn’t come to my table before going back inside! I went back inside to place my order. Btw, they also do not do anything special for any celebrations unless you pay for it."

"Good location, great space in bedroom area but bathroom shower space needs work, also paint peeling off walls, shower curtain doesn't work, air conditioner old leak causing damage to wall - cracking/peeling. Rest of unit was clean."
