Nice hotel by the beach

Hotel Bellevue is a lovely hotel, conveniently located 20 minute walk from Old Town and right on the beach. Food, drinks, and spa options seem more expensive than they should be but overall service and room quality make up for it. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. They let us check in super early which was much appreciated.

Fantastic stay

My wife $ I just stayed here & rate it as excellent in all levels. Great view & located a short walk to old town. The staff is absolutely fantastic, especially great experience with front desk & restaurant staff. We will recommend this hotel to all of our friends.

Beautiful hotel on the beach

Pros: View and beach access
Cons: Wi-fi signal was poor for a hotel of this caliber. They really need to improve this.
Location: 3-4 minute cab ride into old town. 3-4 minute ride to the opposite side of town near the marina.
It's pretty rare to have a hotel on the beach in Dubrovnik, and the view from your room is unlike anything you've seen before. Even more beautiful than our last trip to St Lucia in the Caribbean. Make sure you spend the extra money for a balcony sea view. The rooms are modern, and you get nice touches like fresh cut roses and a your last name programmed in the room phone with a personalized letter. The restaurant had great food, and the prices were similar to what we pay in the U.S. Staff was great, and service excellent. We noticed management coming to the beach and lounge area very often to critique the grounds to their employees...clean this, move that, refill this, etc. there was a lot of attention to detail. The only thing lacking was a strong enough wi-fi signal. Speeds were good, but coverage was weak.
