"Everything was wonderful at Rilati Old Town Palace and Ana is absolutely the best. It is in a wonderful location once you find it. It’s tucked away off a main square. Here are two pieces of advice: The two best ways to find it are 1) if facing the Jesuit stairs, go half way up the stairs, turn right and take the next right. Look up at the lights hanging above the doors and you will see one marked “Rilati Old Town Palace” or walk away from the Jesuit stairs and take a left at Mlinar’s Bakery then another left. Walk up the alley until you see the light noted above in front of the entrance. Just plug in Jesuit Steps in Old Town in Google Maps to get to the square in question. Also, I highly recommend Baggage and Smile porter service. Cars cannot drive in Old Town so you often have to meet Ubers/cabs outside the town walls. Walking into Old town is easier with luggage since it is downhill but walking out would have been a chore. This company offers porter service 24/7 and will haul your bags to outside the ages as requested. Friendly, punctual, affordable service!"

"The hotel is in a convenient central location. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast is included and they made us a packed lunch for our last day. Note that you have to climb one flight of stairs to use the lift although staff carried our luggage to the first floor. The room was clean, air conditioned and had a very powerful shower. Overall a lovely experience staying there!"
