The decor is stunning, full of rich Southwestern details that made the entire hotel feel warm and special. The staff was truly wonderful. We had a late check-in, and they actually called ahead to make sure we were still en route—such a thoughtful touch. Since most restaurants were closed by the time we arrived, they recommended a great nearby spot that saved our evening. This hotel combines charm, comfort, and care in the best way. We’d definitely recommend it and would love to return for a longer stay next time!"

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an exceptionally friendly clerk. We got there a bit early after a long drive from Taos, carrying quite a bit of wine, and were pleasantly surprised when they offered us temporary storage for our luggage until our room was ready. The staff throughout our stay were not only friendly but also incredibly courteous, assisting us with our belongings and making the check-in process seamless. Our room was truly delightful—immaculately clean, featuring a wonderful shower, and the mattress was so comfortable that my husband and I slept like rocks! One aspect we particularly appreciate is that this Hilton property is welcoming to queer visitors and couples. It made us feel right at home and added to the overall positive experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit! Thank you to the wonderful team for making our stay so memorable!"
