Séjour court de 3 nuits à la fin de l'année 2023

Maison moderne confortable, agréable à vivre pour quatre couples d'amis retraités. Emplacement idéal, mer et campagne, pour visiter Douarnenez et ses environs. Visite de Locronan illuminé pour les fêtes, rando au village de Plomarc'h et ses cuves romaines datant du 1 er siècle après J.C., pour fabriquer le garum à base de sardines, escapade très ventée à la pointe du Millier... et retour dans une maison agréable...d'attaque pour commencer l'année 2024...

État général de la maison décevant

La maison est très bien située dans Tréboul (proximité de la mer). Jolie construction mais aucun entretien ni extérieur ni intérieur, et vraiment l'impression que la maison n'est pas achevée dans ses finitions (enduits, peinture, plinthes etc.) C'est dommage vu le prix de la semaine.... Extérieurs : le gazon (de l'herbe) à peine tondu, les abords pas faits, la terrasse sale, des dalles se décollent (dangereux). En conclusion, nous n'y retournerons pas.

Tres bien ,les propriétaires très sympathiques. Nous avions une bouteille de cidre dans le réfrigérateur et une boîte de galettes pour les filles à notre arrivée.

Location bien située proche de la plage et de sentiers de balade et quartier calme. Maison fonctionnelle et correctement équipée. Petites attentions à l'arrivée très bien. Par contre, propreté insuffisante de la location à l'arrivée, qui donne un goût d'inachevé. En temps de covid, peut mieux faire!!!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la maison de M et Mme Le Gall. Tout proche du chemin côtier et de la plage. Plusieurs terrasses et mobilier d extérieur disponible. Beaux espaces intérieurs. Nous recommandons.

Belle villa lumineuse

Nous avons passé de belles vacances dans cette villa très lumineuse, aménagée de manière moderne et située dans un lieu très calme. Les villas autour sont très écartées et on a l’impression d’être dans un grand parc arboré parsemé de gros blocs de pierres. Les propriétaires sont plus qu’accueillant et nous serions contents de les rencontrer à nouveau une prochaine fois. Quant aux randonnées à pieds aux alentours, elles sont multiples et splendides notamment vers la pointe du Raz. On peut même les commencer par un sentier situé à 200 mètres de la propriété. Ainsi, en 5 minutes, on est au bord de l’eau.
