Parking situation was unclear and seemed like there could easily be a loophole where no one pays for it. Meanwhile they made us pay JPY1500 per night for an outdoor parking (no roof). Also the restaurant was a disappointment with tired food and extreme small quantities.

The room is a bit old and need redecorations. Restaurant and spa are too crowded in my stay period. We have been overcharged the Carpark fee as we were required to pay at reception and carpark exits.
