Good location for what we were going to do in the area. Close to restaurants and gas stations. Staff was pleasant. Room was clean and hvac worked nicely. Only negative was the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Being a non smoker that was easy to pickup. Room had no smoke smell.

I will never stay at this hotel again I booked my hotel online and paid for it. There was an option to pay an extra $20 for a late check out for 1 o’clock so I did the late check out. I booked a room with two double beds. Handicap accessible and smoking for me and my best friend that is in a wheelchair we go to the hotel. The lady at the desk was very very rude. She told me exactly what I booked and I said yes I did and she said well we don’t have that available we gave that room away so she put us in a non-smoking non-handicap Room that I had to push my friend outside to smoke and it was pretty far down the hallway to get to the door. There’s no way to get in that building with a wheelchair then I said about my late check out at one. She said we don’t do that , I said well I booked it it’s on your website she said well I don’t know what to tell you. She said take it up with the manager so she gave me a card and I said is this the managers name and the managers name is Wilma she said yes I said is this the phone number that I need to call she said yes I said well. I’m going outside to call her right now she said OK so I go outside to call the manager and guess What , the lady at the front desk answered the phone and she said the manager is not here. She’ll be here in the morning, the people above our room were a party and all night long banging on the floor, jump up and down whatever they were doing but they were so noisy. The whole floor smelled like weed in the manager Bitc

Night clerk Nicole refused to let my partner check in without me. Housekeeping was short handed and we didnt get fresh towels. Tissue box was empty. Second day we got towels but no bath mat. Trash was never emptied in our 3 day stay. Day clerk was very friendly

Definitely not the cleanest

We booked this hotel for my husband, myself, and our two daughters. We only stayed one night while visiting family. Upon arrival, my youngest daughter (10 years old) went to the restroom in the room and when she came out she said there was pee on the toilet. I went in to check, and sure enough, there was dried pee on the toilet. Then, my oldest daughter went in to take a shower and when she came out she said the shower curtain was nasty. There was black all along the bottom, so it was evident that it had not been washed in a while. I also noticed that none of the table surfaces in the main part of the hotel had been cleaned. There were sticky places on them from drinks. I didn’t complain while I was there since it was only one night, but I will never book with this hotel again while in town to visit my family. I didn’t expect a “perfect room” for $98 a night, but I did expect it to be clean.

I've stayed here several times over the past decade. It is an older hotel, but older doesn't mean bad or not clean. I don't care about a lot of amenities, the rooms are clean, the beds are awesome, the breakfast is sufficient, and the price is good. The staff has always been friendly, from the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff. This will continue to be my go-to hotel in New Stanton.

The room was very nice. Clean and newly updated. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. The blanket was very thin. We got a second blanket from the front desk. Check in process was very slow.
