"We did a self check in, but Eleanor’s had reached out to us in advance of our arrival and was very helpful with questions we had when we arrived in town. She made herself available via WhatsApp. She had suggested a public parking lot that was very close. Because of a ztl we could not drive right to the hotel. Parking was a 2 minute walk. The hotel was quiet and clean. There was both an elevator and stairs in the hotel. We stayed in a beautiful cave room that was amazing! The location was perfect! I highly recommend Casa Diva when visiting Matera."
