"The staff was kind and helpful and always welcoming. The only criticism I have is silly, really. The bath towels were too large. They were heavy and didn’t need to be so gigantic. That is the only thing I could say could be improved. It was clean, the staff was accommodating and very attentive and overall the hotel is just beautiful. We had room service two nights and it was lovely if I went to Budapest I would stay there again"

"We stayed here for 2 nights prior to boarding our river cruise. This hotel is very beautiful. Our room was clean,spacious and very comfortable. The evening turndown was unexpected😁. We had breakfast in the breakfast room. Don't ask me what I had - I was too busy taking in the most beautiful baroque architecture and decorations! The only negative was that we waited for over 10 minutes in the rather quiet sitting area for a waiter to take our drinks order and ended up walking out. A waiter came through a number of times but never saw us when we waved."
