"Pleasantly surprised by this find. Very attentive staff, we also had dinner here and found it to be very good. Hotel staff in restaurant/ reception and house keeping were very responsive. "Excellent service by the front staff. I arrived 5 hrs earlier than check in time due to flight changes. Karthiga, the front desk executive managed to accomodate the room within an hour. Receiving was very warm , friendly and welcoming. Loved all the suggestions given by her for exploring the place and the heartful gesture of complimentary cake by her team while i was checking out. I would definitely choose this place for future stays. "
