"Andrea was warm and welcoming. She turned herself inside out to anticipate and fulfil every possible and even unnecessary want we could come up with. She is a fabulous cook and runs a tight ship. The room was extraordinary: modest on the outside, classical on the inside."

"Downtown location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Toilet flush valve inside the bottom of the tank needed to be replaced because it would not close properly without putting my hand in to seat the valve. Was told by staff just to “jiggle the handle” but this did not work. The valve needs to be replaced which is what happens when they deteriorate due to age. I have done this before myself but the hotel staff was not aware that the problem could be resolved with a new flush valve. "
