Hotel staff was friendly. Boil water advisory made all water sources in hotel undrinkable. Only safe water was in lobby which meant brushing teeth or coffee for morning was a trip to lobby. However room was spotless and hotel very accessible to docks and other interesting locations.

Grocery store right across the street so it was easy to provision the next stage of the journey. Check in very efficient and desk staff had helpful tips for dining and for the ferry trip.

When we arrived off the ferry at Prince Rupert it was 1:30a.m. Getting off the elevator on the 3rd floor the carpet was filthy (keep your shoes on). Entering room 307 the beds were not even made, so they sent us to 320, now it is 2a.m. We were dead tired after our 18 hour ferry ride so just crawled into our p.j's and climbed into bed. The next morning we noticed our white comforters were coffee stained and dirty on both beds. Pass on this one folks...

Staff very good, breakfast good. The room had some issues, bed comfortable and clean, but the bathroom needs work, moldy grout in the shower area, dirty baseboards, The window in the room had something smeared across it, needs to be cleaned.

The property is dated but clean. The front desk staff were excellent, especially Terrance. The continental breakfast had an excellent variety. And unlike the Eagle Bluff, the rooms are cleaned daily!
