We checked in and there was no air conditioning in our room so after three hours in the room, we have to move to a different room which was in a different building and then we have to go in a different building away from our kids cause they stayed in the same building, so it was not a very good experience. They couldn’t accommodate us the way it supposed to they knew there was no air-conditioning in that room because they have a portable air conditioner running in the room
