"For some reason my reservation was under my Maiden name so they couldn't find me. The next morning, I got a call from the front desk reminding me checkout was at 11 . I explained I had the room for 2 nights. I went to the front desk and they found my 2nd night reservation under my married name. Both reservations were made at the same time. The staff was very nice in both circumstances and didn't make me feel alarmed.
The room was clean, we didn't have towels or soap, shampoo, etc. I had to go to the front desk to ask. We checked in at 10 pm on a Sunday night so they had time to add additional items. I understand things happen and the front desk attendant was nice and gave me the items I asked for. The room did smell musty, I do have a sensitive nose :) Due to covid- they weren't serving breakfast which should have been noted on their website. I suppose if I would have looked at the state guidelines from the governor it would have been listed. The price, location and staff all worked out for us. "
