I called to verify if property would be open weeks before my reservation. I was assured that the property would be open, as they were supposed to reopen the 8th of august. I arrived to check in to an empty building with a note on the door to say go next door. I waited in line for approximately an hour. I showed the lady me reservation, she finally found it I’m assuming. She then tried to tell me my reservation was only for two nights, when it clearly stated 3 nights. She said she could add an additional night on, I said no there’s no need to because I already paid for three nights. She finally processed it. Then I was told the deposit was 150 dollars when the website said 100. I was in pain because I was having a problem with my leg. The made me bring all the towels to the front desk and pick more up. Other than that the hotel was beautiful. And I enjoyed my stay

The shuttle to the airport was good. The 1st room was dirty and the fitted sheet for the bed didn’t fit. Dead bugs on the bathroom floor. The 2nd room was better, the bathroom door handle was falling off.

Hi Robert unfortunately when you make third party reservation you have to cancel those reservation with the third party and the third party cancel the reservation with the hotel. you should contact your third party.

Everyone was very friendly. The only thing I did not like was the dark parking lot and the sign was not lite up.
