Good place near DTW

Had to change rooms because TV didn’t work. Bed not comfortable. Woke up with sore back. Hotel convenient to airport and the shuttle service great.

I would expect a full refund since both of my flights were canceled. To Detroit and from Detroit both flights canceled. Never stayed at this hotel. Tried to cancel. Spoke to reception three times. Explain to them my canceled flights.
